In this market of bank owned houses, it’s not uncommon to find unusual conditions, which one would not normally see. One thing the experienced home inspectors at Pacific Coast Inspections can’t say is… “We’ve seen it all”.
The photo is a gas cooking range, where someone removed the bottom plate of the oven and put attic insulation around the gas burner (center).
